Tubería de Polietileno de Alta Densidad
Tubería de Polietileno de Alta Densidad
High Density Polyethylene Tube (Hdpe)
HDPE (High Density Polyethylene), is characterized for its lightness and flexibility, even at low temperatures and its hight resistance to impact. That’s why, HDPE it’s the best option for the conduction or fluids in different markets and applications.
HDPE Pipe, is designed to withstand difficult conditions due to its high resistance to corrosion and abrasion, flexibility, ease of installation and its ability to maintain a high flow coefficient throughout its useful life of 50 to 100 years. You can find its applications in potable water, irrigation systems, mining, fire systems, drainage, industrial designs, gas conduction or LPG, etc.
With these characteristics, the pipes that use it as main component have greater advantages over others.
Quick installation: thanks to its lightness, the transportation, handling and installation process will be reduced, excluding heavy machinery to move it.
Flexibility. HDPE is more flexible than polypropylene and adapts to a variation of directions and curves, therefore no need extra accessories and tools.
Resistance. Capable of supporting vertical loads, because they transfer most of the load to the ground around the pipe. This due to its corrugated outer wall.
